Honeywell/LXE Facility

The Service & Repair facility for customers from the United Kingdom and Ireland has moved from Kalisz, Poland to Glenrothes, UK.

All other EU customers can still ship to Kalisz, Poland.

All non-EU customers will be routed over the Honeywell Eindhoven, Netherlands location to the Kalisz, Poland service & Repair facility.

The RMA process will not change from what you are used to – simply log in to the web portal and during RMA creation you will see the proper ship to address on the RMA Form.
